These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://elllamadodedios.org (the "Site"), any online ministry services, livestreams, online giving platform, event registration system, SMS communications, and other digital services operated by the Church.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with our Christian mission and applicable laws.

Processing fees charged by payment providers may apply where permitted.

4. Refund Policy

Donations and charitable contributions are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Refunds for event registrations, educational programs, conferences, retreats, or other paid activities are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Church.

Approved refunds may be reduced by any non-recoverable payment processing fees or expenses already incurred.

5. Membership

Submitting a membership application does not automatically grant church membership.

Membership is subject to the Church's governing documents, leadership review, and any applicable membership process.

The Church reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications.

6. Volunteer Participation

Volunteer applications submitted through the Site do not guarantee placement in any ministry.

The Church may conduct interviews, reference checks, or background screenings where appropriate and reserves the right to accept or decline volunteer applicants.

7. Educational Ministries

If the Church operates educational ministries, schools, preschools, academies, daycare programs, Vacation Bible School, tutoring, or similar educational services, additional registration forms, handbooks, and policies may apply.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information for minors enrolled in these programs.

8. Prayer Requests and User Submissions

Users may voluntarily submit prayer requests, contact forms, testimonials, ministry inquiries, or other information.

By submitting content, you grant the Church permission to use the information for ministry purposes, pastoral care, internal communications, or responding to your request.

We reserve the right to remove submissions that are offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inconsistent with our ministry values.

9. SMS, Email, and Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications where applicable. Administrative or transactional communications may still be sent when necessary.

Church services, educational activities, conferences, and public events may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed.

By attending public events, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings used for ministry, educational, promotional, or archival purposes.

If you prefer not to appear, please notify our media team. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request whenever practical.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Site is owned by or licensed to El Llamado de Dios Inc., including:

  • Sermons

  • Audio recordings

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Church curriculum

These materials are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display Church materials without prior written permission.
